Paper Rex in Grand Finals of Valorant Champions, Fnatic eliminated

The Valorant Champions 2023 is in its final stage. On August 25th the final 4 teams of VCT Champions 2023 played for the grand finals. EG and Paper Rex played in the upper bracket finals whereas LOUD and Fnatic faced each other in the elimination game.

Paper Rex vs Evil Geniuses Result: Valorant Champions 2023

Pacific's Paper Rex and America's EG faced each other in the upper bracket finals for their spot in the Grand Finals of Valorant Champions 2023. This was a thrilling series that went to all three maps and then in overtime.

The first map was Ascent, EG won it 13-10. Paper Rex then take back the second map Bind 13-9 to tie the series at 1-1. The final map of the series was Pearl which Paper Rex won in overtime 15-13 to move on to the grand finals.

Fnatic vs LOUD Result

In the lower bracket, Fnatic and LOUD played in an elimination game. LOUD already once beat Fnatic in the upper bracket quarterfinals and was the only team looking like to give Fnatic a tough competition.

The world's number one team Fnatic failed to three-peat the Valorant International event wins as they lost to LOUD 1-2 in the lower bracket semi-finals, Split 13-4, Ascent 9-13 and Haven 13-7.

Paper Rex is now in the Grand Finals of Valorant Champions 2023, EG and LOUD will play each other in the lower bracket finals for the final spot in the grand finals. LOUD and EG will play each other on August 26th.

Fnatic is now eliminated from the Valorant Champions 2023 with a 4th place finish and $130,000 prize money.
