TI 12 Playoffs Results and Schedule: Team Spirit in Grand Final

The final weekend of Dota 2 TI 12 is here, only three teams remain on the final day. Who will be the winner of Dota 2 The International 2023? will be decided this Sunday.

The top 8 teams are playing in the main arena with a big crowd of fans in Climate Pledge Arena. This will be the finals weekend of TI 12 and we will have the 2023 Dota 2 World Champion. Only 3 teams remain, Team Spirit, LGD Gaming and Gaimin Gladiators to win the TI 12.

TI 12 Playoffs Final Results: Top 3 teams

In the lower bracket quarterfinals, GG eliminated Team Liquid after beating them 2-1 and Azure Ray beat BetBoom 2-1 to eliminate BB. Team Liquid and BetBoom finished their TI 12 run with a 5th-6th place finish.

In the upper bracket final of TI 12, Team Spirit and PSG played each other. Team Spirit won this close series 2-0 with 76min and 47 minutes of games. Team Spirit is now qualified for the grand finals of The International 2023. PSG is dropped down to the lower bracket final.

Later on the day GG and Azure Ray faced each other in the lower bracket semi-final. GG destroyed this series with a quick 2-0 victory in 22 and 23 minutes game length and moved onwards to the lower bracket finals where they will face PSG for the remaining sport in grand finals of TI 12.

Upsets and Surprises in The International 2023

There have been many surprises for fans in the TI 12 so far, for some good and for some disappointing. VP and nouns managed to reach top 8 of TI 12 which was expected by no one. PSG Quest and beastcoast finished last which was not expected as well as Tundra and Shopify Rebellion got eliminated with a 13th-16th place finish which was also disappointing.

Chinese Dota is finally on the rise after a disappointing Dota 2 Season, out of the two Chinese participating teams both are in the top 6.

TI 12 Prizepool and Leaderboard

The International 2023 has a prizepool of $3 million USD which will be divided among all 20 teams. This prizepool is quite disappointing compared to other TI's but still compared to other esports this is a massive prizepool for players.
