The playoffs of VCT 2023 Champions are in full force. The final 8 teams in Valorant Champions playoffs compete for the $2.25 million USD and the title of Valorant World Champions of 2023.
Valorant Champions Playoffs Results and Schedule
In the upper bracket semi-finals, Paper Rex defeated LOUD and EG beat DRX to qualify for the upper bracket finals.
In the upper bracket round 2 elimination games, LOUD faced EDward Gaming. LOUD won this series Bind 11-13, Ascent 13-5 and Haven 13-11. EDward Gaming is now eliminated from the Valorant Champions 2023.
Fnatic and DRX played each other in the lower bracket for their tournament life. DRX destroyed Fnatic on the first map Bind 13-1, Fnatic then bounced back after winning Haven 13-9 and took the final map Split 13-6 to win the series. DRX is eliminated with somewhat of a disappointing event with a 5th-6th place finish.
Fnatic and LOUD will now have their rematch in the lower bracket, earlier in the upper bracket quarterfinals LOUD defeated Fnatic once and this will be a very important rematch.

Valorant Champions Playoffs Result: Quarterfinals
The quarterfinals of Valorant Champions have finished as the winners move onwards to the semi-finals and losing teams will face each other in lower-bracket elimination games. After the group stage, 8 teams. 2 from each group qualified for the playoffs.
In the Day 1 quarterfinal matchups, LOUD upsets the tournament favourites Fnatic in a 2-0 win, Ascent 13-11 and Lotus 13-6. In the second quarterfinal game, Paper Rex defeated FUT Esports 2-0, Ascent 13-10 and Pearl 13-4. LOUD and Paper Rex will now face each other in the upper bracket semi-finals.
On Day 2 of playoffs, the remaining quarterfinals were played. First, DRX beat bilibili Gaming 2-0, Lotus 13-10 and Haven 13-9. In the final quarterfinal matchup, Evil Geniuses defeated EDward Gaming 2-1 in a close series, Split 12-14, Ascent 13-5 and Pearl 13-5. EG and DRX will face each other in the semi-finals of upper bracket.
Fnatic will face FUT from their region EMEA in an elimination game in the lower bracket. The same story goes for the second lower bracket game as the final two Chinese teams EDward Gaming and bilibili gaming face each other in an elimination game.
