Valorant named Esports Game of the year, s1mple player of the year | Esports Awards winners
Riot games and Valorant won the Esports Game of the year award and Riot Games won the Esports Publisher of the year. CSGO and Navi's s1mpel was named Esports player of the year for PC, he had one of the best CSGO season in the history of the game. S1mple won his first major and also completed the Intel Grand Slam in 2021.
Valorant is a free to play 5 vs 5 FPS game developed by Riot Games and was released officially on June 2, 2020. Valorant became one of the top FPS game and direct rival of CSGO as soon as it was released. Valorant gained a lot of popularity in both esports as well as casual fan base.
